Fees:

Early-Bird Discount:  Register by March 1st and pay your deposit by March 15th to get the Early-Bird discount and save $50.  The remaining balance is due by April 15th.  If you pay after April 15th you will lose the early bird discount and have to pay the full amount.

Standard:  Pay your deposit of $250 via check by March 15th and the remaining balance by April 15th to participate in the tournament.  Full tournament entry price is $1395.

Deposit Forfeit:  Full payment of $1395 is due by April 15th or your deposit will be forfeited.  If you took advantage of the Early-Bird discount and complete your payment by April 15th you have met your obligation.

Captain’s Letter:  All Captains must confirm they have read and agreed to the terms in the Captain’s letter.

Player Waiver:  All players must complete a signed waiver in order to play.
